  • Customers are responsible for verifying measurements unless measurement services are included in the contract.

  • A deposit may be required to secure materials or schedule installation.

To ensure a smooth installation process, customers agree to:

  • Ensure the installation area is accessible, safe, and prepared prior to our arrival.

  • Remove existing fixtures or materials unless removal is included in the service agreement.

If the site is not ready at the scheduled time, additional fees or rescheduling charges may apply.

5. Materials & Warranty

  • Natural stone materials may vary in color, pattern, and texture. These variations are not considered defects.

  • We guarantee workmanship quality according to industry standards.

  • Damage caused by misuse, improper cleaning, structural issues, or third‑party contractors is not covered.

  • Any manufacturer warranties for materials (e.g., quartz brands) are subject to the manufacturer’s terms.

  • Payment terms will be outlined in your invoice or contract.

  • Final payment is due upon project completion unless otherwise stated.

  • Late payments may incur fees.

  • We reserve the right to pause or cancel services for unpaid balances.

  • Deposits for custom fabrication or special‑order materials are non‑refundable.

  • Rescheduling is subject to availability and may incur additional fees if fabrication has already begun.
